Okay, I have been an aunt for many years now, oh, infact, I have been a great-aunt for just as long too, but the fact of the matter is....they are all long distance and I don't get to play the aunt role as much, so I am just thrilled to have a niece born NEARBY and be a big part in all that fun. My brother had dinner with us today, aka, Christmas eve, and we got to see the sweet baby, Briar. She is so tiny and precious.
