Attention!

I feel like a drill Sargent this week, as I am instructing my kids to clean, keep things clean, and keep on task. We have a home inspection this week, as we are renewing our foster care license. I have been continually trying to teach my kids weekly to do chores and rewards, but this is a little more stringent. I told them that I would inspect daily to see if the toy room and their bedrooms are clean this week, and if so, then they get a smiley face on the chart for each day done. If all goes well, then we will have a family retreat this upcoming Saturday, a day trip to the mountains, hiking, treasure hunt, and picnic. They are very ethusiastic about it...now to see how this week goes!
